Security Bank Scholarship 2026 is Open to Apply

The Security Bank has recently announced the opening of its Security Bank Scholarship program for the school year 2026-2027.

Security Bank Scholarship 2026

The Security Bank Scholarship formally known as – Security Bank Foundation Scholars for Better Communities Scholarship Program aims to provide educational assistance to underprivileged but deserving students studying in Security Bank Foundation partner schools.

Security Bank Foundation funds the scholarship while partner schools help in the screening and selection of applicants, disbursing the scholarship benefits, and monitoring the performance of the scholars.

Scholarship Benefits

Monetary Benefits

For Students of State Universities

Stipend – Php 25,000 per half-semester or Php 100,000 per year where scholar gets the stipend directly from the school
Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees – No allotment due to “Free Tuition Law”

For Students of Private Universities

Stipend – Php 12,500 per half-semester or Php 50,000 per year where scholar gets the stipend directly from the school
Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees – Maximum of Php 100,000 per year

Non-Monetary Benefits

Developmental activities through opportunities for Internships,
Involvement in corporate social responsibility activities, and
Attendance to learning sessions provided by partner institutions.

Incoming First year College Students
Continuing College Students

Eligibility Criteria

Academic Requirements

For Incoming First year College Students

College student in any of the 8 partner universities
General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 93% or its equivalent

Continuing college students (limited slots available in specific universities)

No subject grade of below 86% or its equivalent
90% and above grades in High School (Grade 7-12) subjects aligned to their college course

General Requirements

Not a child of a Security Bank employee
No other family member currently admitted to the scholarship within second degree of consanguinity or affinity
No other existing scholarship except for discounts provided by schools

High School Grade 7-12 Transcript of Records with GWA (Grade 12 grades can be up to Dec 2025 if 2026 grades not yet available)
Latest Parent/Guardian’s Income Tax Return (for employed) / Certificate of Indigency (for unemployed) / Copy of OFW Employment Contract with Compensation
Proof of Admission / Acceptance Letter from any of the 8 Partner Schools
Birth Certificate of Scholar
