What is the Tulong Dunong Program (TDP)?
The Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) is a one-time financial assistance program from CHED-UniFAST for qualified college students. For AY 2026-2027, Cebu Normal University is accepting a new batch of applicants for the program, which provides P7,500 in one-time financial aid.
Who can apply?
To be eligible for the CNU Tulong Dunong Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must be enrolled at Cebu Normal University in any of the following campuses: Alegria, Argao, Balamban, Catmon, Main, and Medellin Campus
- Must NOT be currently receiving a TES (Tertiary Education Subsidy) grant
- Must NOT be a recipient of any other private or government-funded scholarship or grant
Note: Students who previously applied for TES may still apply for TDP as long as they are not currently receiving a TES grant.

What are the Documentary Requirements
Applicants must prepare the following documents:
- Accomplished TDP Application Form (2026 Version) with a 2×2 ID picture and wet/fresh signature (download at drive.google.com or request a copy from the OSS office – must be printed on A4 paper)
- Study Load for the 1st Semester, AY 2026-2027, validated and signed by the Registrar (documents from the Student Portal will NOT be accepted)
- Student’s Certificate of Indigency with the purpose stated as “Tulong Dunong Program Application”
Note: Request slip and releasing of study load will be at the Office of Scholarship Services, 3rd Floor, TAC Building.
How to Submit the application?
Applicants must submit their requirements both online and onsite.
Online Submission

- Merge all documents into one PDF file
- Name the file using your full name (e.g., Dela Cruz, Juan P.)
Onsite Submission
- Submit hard copies during your scheduled face-to-face classes
- For Main Campus: Submit directly to the OSS office
- For External Campuses: Designated staff will be available at your respective campuses – no need to come to the Main Campus
- A short interview will be conducted during onsite submission
