Cavite State University Provincial Scholarship 2026 - Requirements & How to Apply

Cavite State University (CvSU) is now accepting applications for the Provincial Scholarship Program (PSP) for CvSU students who are residents of Cavite province.

What is the CvSU Provincial Scholarship Program (PSP)?

The Provincial Scholarship Program (PSP) is a scholarship grant from the Cavite Provincial Government under Governor Francisco Gabriel “Abeng” D. Remulla, open exclusively to Cavite State University students who are bona fide residents of Cavite province.

Who can apply?

To be eligible for the CvSU Provincial Scholarship Program, applicants must be:

Currently enrolled CvSU students
Bona fide residents of Cavite province

What are the Documentary Requirements

Applicants must prepare and submit the following documents:

PSP Application Form
Applicant’s personal letter addressed to Gov. Francisco Gabriel “Abeng” D. Remulla
Original Registration Form or Virtual Registration Form (1st Semester AY 2026-2027)
For old students: Original Certificate of Grades (COG) for 2nd Semester AY 2025-2026
For 1st year students: Photocopy of Grade 12 Form or Form 137 (front and back)
Original Barangay Clearance or Barangay Indigency with the following:
- Must be under the name of the student
- Must state “For Educational Assistance or Scholarship Purpose”
- Must be signed by the Barangay Captain
- Must have a dry seal
- Student signature (if applicable)
Photocopy of School ID or any valid government-issued ID with 3 specimen signatures

Note: Voter’s ID, NBI Clearance, and Police Clearance are NOT accepted as valid IDs. For 1st year students with no valid ID, a Grade 12 ID is allowed.
