CHED Tulong Dunong Scholarship 2026 – Requirements & How to Apply (Apply Now)
The Office of Rep. Eric Olivarez is now accepting applications for the CHED Tulong Dunong Scholarship Program, open to incoming 1st to 4th year college students who are residents of Parañaque District 1.
Are you a college student from Parañaque District 1 looking for financial assistance to continue your studies? This scholarship slot is limited to the first 1,128 applicants only.
What is the CHED Tulong Dunong Scholarship Program?
The CHED Tulong Dunong Scholarship Program (TDP) is a scholarship grant by the Commission on Higher Education that provides financial assistance to qualified college students.
This batch is being managed through the Congressional District Office of Parañaque City under Rep. Eric Olivarez.
Note: This scholarship is open only to the first 1,128 applicants, so interested students are encouraged to submit their requirements as early as possible.
Who Can Apply?
To be eligible for the CHED Tulong Dunong Scholarship Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must be a resident of Parañaque District 1
- Must be an incoming 1st to 4th year college student for SY 2026-2027.

Documentary Requirements
Applicants must prepare and submit the following documents:
- Updated Voter’s Certification as of 2026
- Duly accomplished Application Form
- Certified True Copy of Enrollment Registration Form with subjects and units indicated, signed by the School Registrar (SY 2026-2027)
- Barangay Indigency with the purpose: “CHED Requirements”
- Two (2) pieces of 2×2 ID picture
- Photocopy of School ID or National ID

Applicants must personally submit their complete requirements at the Congressional District Office, Parañaque City Hall.
Note: Applications must be submitted personally by the student. Proxy submissions are strictly prohibited.
Submission Schedule
The submission of requirements will be on June 22-25, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
