What is the Cebuana Lhuillier Foundation Scholarship Scholarship Program?
The CLFI Nationwide Scholarship Program provides financial grants and career development opportunities to deserving college students from economically challenged families across the Philippines. The scholarship covers students from 1st to 4th year college enrolled in supported courses at public universities and colleges.
Who Can Apply?
To be eligible for the CLFI Scholarship Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must be a Filipino citizen
- The applicant or any relative by consanguinity up to the second degree or by affinity up to the first degree must be a Cebuana Lhuillier client
- Must have a Cebuana Lhuillier Microsavings account (where grants will be credited)
- Must be an incoming or currently enrolled college student at a public university or college
- Must have a total annual family income not exceeding P350,000
- Must have a GWA of 85% or its equivalent from the last semester attended, with no failing grades
Note: Only one child per household may apply within the same school year.

What are the accepted courses?
The scholarship is open to students enrolled in the following programs only:
- Accountancy or Finance Management
- Business courses
- Hotel and Restaurant Management / Hospitality Management
- Engineering (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, and Industrial)
- Architecture
- Psychology
Note: Private university students are not eligible. Applicants must be enrolled in a public state university or college.
What are the Scholarship Benefits
A CLFI Scholar may receive the following:
- Fixed stipend of up to P50,000 to cover school-related and living expenses
- Annual general assembly
- Monthly learning sessions with qualified resource persons
- Outreach programs
- Education-to-Employment (E2E) Program
- Various trainings
- Cebuana Lhuillier Museum tour
- Membership in the Cebuana Lhuillier Scholar Alumni Association
- Leadership boot camp
- Recognition of exemplary academic and non-academic achievements
- Employment opportunities upon graduation through the E2E provision
Note: Scholars who graduate with Latin honors or achieve a GWA of 90% or equivalent are granted exemption from the PJLI pre-employment test.
Documentary Requirements
Applicants must prepare the following documents:
- Cebuana Lhuillier 24K Loyalty Card
- Proof of total family income – any one of the following:
- Income Tax Return (ITR)
- Company Payslip
- Certificate of BIR Tax Exemption
- Certification of Non-Filing of Income
- GWA of 85% or its equivalent from the last semester attended (for freshmen, SHS grades are acceptable)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character signed by an authorized school official
- Current enrollment or registration form (First Semester, SY 2026-2027)
- University or college’s grading system in percentages
How to Apply for the Cebuana Lhuillier Foundation Scholarship?
Interested and qualified applicants may submit their application online at cebuanafoundationscholarshipmanagementsystem.com.

After submission, CLFI will review all applications through a comprehensive paper screening process. Successful applicants will be notified to attend an interview session with their parents or guardians. The official results will be announced on or before the last week of October 2026.
Note: The decision of the scholarship committee is final and irrevocable. However, unsuccessful applicants may reapply in the following year.
Application Period
Applications are open from August 17 to September 11, 2026, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM only.
