The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) is now offering free online courses on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital skills to all Filipinos through their TESDA Online Program (TOP).

Are you looking to upgrade your skills for free? Whether you want to learn about AI, digital marketing, or graphic design, TESDA has a course for you and it won’t cost you anything.

What is the TESDA Online Program?

The TESDA Online Program (TOP) is TESDA’s free online learning platform where Filipinos can enroll in a variety of courses anytime and anywhere. The program is accessible through the TESDA website and via the TOP Mobile app on Android and iPhone devices.

What Courses are Available?

TESDA has recently added Artificial Intelligence (AI) courses through their partnership with UNESCO-UNEVOC and the HP Foundation. Among the AI courses you can enroll in are:

  • Responsible AI use

  • Go to the TESDA Online Program website and create an account
  • Log in and click on the course you want to enroll in
  • Select the module you wish to take
  • On the left side of the navigation pane under the administration panel, click “Enroll me in this course”

You can access the courses via web on desktop or through the TOP Mobile app on Android and iPhone.
