The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) is now offering free online courses on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital skills to all Filipinos through their TESDA Online Program (TOP).

What is the TESDA Online Program?
The TESDA Online Program (TOP) is TESDA’s free online learning platform where Filipinos can enroll in a variety of courses anytime and anywhere. The program is accessible through the TESDA website and via the TOP Mobile app on Android and iPhone devices.
What Courses are Available?
TESDA has recently added Artificial Intelligence (AI) courses through their partnership with UNESCO-UNEVOC and the HP Foundation. Among the AI courses you can enroll in are:

- Responsible AI use

- Go to the TESDA Online Program website and create an account
- Log in and click on the course you want to enroll in
- Select the module you wish to take
- On the left side of the navigation pane under the administration panel, click “Enroll me in this course”
You can access the courses via web on desktop or through the TOP Mobile app on Android and iPhone.

TESDA is not a single school it’s a free online training program and skills authority. To apply, just go to https://e-tesda.gov.ph/, create an account, log in, and choose a course. After finishing, you can get a certificate, and some courses also allow you to take a certification exam at TESDA-accredited centers.
