Who Can Apply?
Applicants must meet the following qualifications to be eligible:
- Must be a resident of SOCCSKSARGEN
- Must have a general average of at least 85% or its equivalent
- Must have no grade lower than 80% in any related subject
- Must not be a recipient of any major scholarship or financial aid
Only qualified applicants will proceed to the next stage of the evaluation process.

KCC Foundation Scholarship Requirements
Applicants are required to submit the following documents:
- Birth Certificate (PSA or Local Civil Registrar).
- School Report Card (Latest copy; 1st-semester grades are acceptable).
- Application Letter addressed to the KCC Foundation.
- Family Profile & Background
- A two-paragraph summary of your family situation.
- Photo Documentation
- Recent family photo and photos of your residence (inside and outside views).
Important Notice: All photos must be taken within the last 3 months. Incomplete documents or poor-quality photos will result in automatic rejection without further assessment.

Can I apply if I live outside the SOCCSKSARGEN region?
Currently, the scholarship is strictly for residents of South Cotabato, Sarangani, and General Santos City.
Is the scholarship open to all college courses?
Yes, though the foundation often prioritizes courses that align with KCC’s business sectors, such as Business, IT, and Engineering.
Can I apply if I have a 79% grade in one subject?
No. The requirement states that you must have no grade lower than 80% in any subject to qualify for evaluation.
If I am a UniFAST recipient, can I still apply?
The scholarship is intended for students without major financial aid. Since KCC covers 100% of tuition, it usually cannot be combined with other full-tuition grants.
