Iloilo College Scholarship 2026 | ISIP Application (Limited Slots)
The Iloilo Provincial Government is now accepting applications for the Iskolar sang Iloilo Program (ISIP) for the Academic Year 2026–2027. The scholarship offers 125 slots only across the province. Interested applicants are encouraged to apply early as the number of scholars is limited.
The application period will run from March 9 until April 10, 2026.

What is ISIP Scholarship?
The Iskolar sang Iloilo Program (ISIP) is a scholarship program that provides financial assistance to deserving and underprivileged students in Iloilo.
The program supports students for four to five years in college and helps them pursue higher education.
What are the qualifications?
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must be an incoming first-year college student
- Must have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 90%
- Must belong to a family with annual income not more than ₱180,000
- Must be a resident of Iloilo province
- Must be of good moral character
Where can scholars enroll?
Scholars must enroll in any of the following state universities and colleges in Iloilo:
- University of the Philippines (UP)
- West Visayas State University (WVSU)
- Northern Iloilo State University (NISU)
- Iloilo Science and Technology University (ISAT-U)
- Passi City College
- Iloilo State University of Fisheries Science and Technology (ISUFST)

What are the requirements?
Applicants need to prepare the following documents:
- Grade 11 Report Card (Form 138)
- Proof of income (any of the following):
- Certificate of Indigency
- Income Tax Return (ITR)
- BIR Tax Exemption Certificate
- Certificate of Residency from Barangay
- Valid ID
