If you are a “Batang Bangsamoro” graduating from Senior High School and planning to pursue a STEM degree, this scholarship offers up to ₱20,000 monthly in financial assistance.

Eligibility
To qualify for the 2026 intake, you must meet these core requirements:
- Citizenship: Must be a natural-born Filipino citizen.
- Residency: Must be a resident of BARMM (at least 6 months).
- Academic Standing: * STEM Strand: Minimum GWA of 85%.
- Non-STEM Strand: Minimum GWA of 90% (Top 5% of the class).
- Course Choice: Must enroll in one of the MOST Priority S&T Courses (see list below).
Important Exclusion: Per the 2026 guidelines, students from Sulu Province are currently ineligible for this specific regional program due to recent administrative rulings.

Who is eligible for BARMM scholarship?
